Lol. I got fired from my teleslave job for the same reason. I worked at a technical help desk for a (fairly well-known) bank, and while I initially THOUGHT my job was to help people with their banking problems, Team-Management* wanted us to sell loans, mortgages, car-insurance, etc. to the costumers calling for help. "You're way to empathic. You got to be more aggressive in generating leads to get your target. Think money."
And still there are people who wonder why we have a financial crisis...
