There are plenty of talented Australians. Most people don't know this but the fellow who did that "Everyone Has Had More Sex Then Me" rabbit thing.. He's Australian. As well as that crazy pixel animator who does that trippy chibi shit.. He's from Melbourne. I forget their names though! But they're bad ass.

In my opinion every country are "homes of the talented people", but the countries with smaller population obviously have less talented people, so none of the countries in the world are the homes for spefic type of people.
Australians obviously have more outstanding artists than for example my home country Finland, because you have four times bigger population in Australia.

Haha I liked the part where you (or your friend?) runs on the beach after the birds with a strange gimp. The semi-serious pose on a jungle-gym was pretty funny too. That's about it though.
The picture is nice. It could have used some darker shading so the foreground and background don't blend together as much. You lose the sense of depth around the horses head because he's right up against the cactus and his muzzle seems to shape right up to it. (And the nose is touching the horizon line). But the stylizations of the characters are really swell :) The cowboy's hat and the fluid nature of the horse's feet are my favorites. Good color scheme too. I think the pink line you used for his lip gets a little lost and it should have been dark grey like his chin, but it's not a major factor in his overall appeal. Very nice work.

I had firth in mind, but also Lenkobiscuit and HappyHarry, they produce some of the best comedic flashes on this site to me. Alot of the US users don't really dip into comedy outside of satire and parody seems to me, although that is quite a sweeping generalisation. Then again it was the super flash bros who really set the bar for game parody humour.
